Job summary

Avista Senior Living in Lake Havasu City, AZ, seeks a Sales Coordinator to meet with prospective residents and their families, qualify leads, and guide them through moving into the community. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to implement a strategic marketing plan and achieve occupancy budgets.

The ideal candidate has senior living experience, a results-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of computer systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Organization and diligence in follow-up prospects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide them through moving into the community.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to craft a cutting-edge marketing plan.
• Aim to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
• Build trust with prospective residents and families through calls and tours.
• Implement strategies to increase occupancy and meet occupancy goals.
• Work with the team to execute events that attract prospects.
