Avista Senior Living in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to meet with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the move to a senior living community. You will partner with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to craft a strategic marketing plan and help meet occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
• You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
• Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community
