Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an inside Sales Coordinator to support and grow our in-home sales network. This full-time role offers base pay within $46K–$50K with bonuses and a direct path to a Sales Manager with higher pay.

No degree required; you will train, mentor, and guide a team of in-home sales reps, helping hit and beat sales goals while staying motivated. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
