Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our in-home sales team in a full-time internal management role. The position focuses on mentoring staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring objectives are met.

The role requires no degree and emphasizes training, onboarding, and strategic motivation to boost results across the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1–3 years.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow the proven sales system.

Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
