Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Sales Manager to support and develop an in-home sales team. This full-time inside management role focuses on mentoring, interviewing, onboarding, and ensuring sales objectives are met across the team.

No degree is required, but a proven sales track record is essential. You will lead training sessions, drive performance, and maintain high team motivation while adhering to our proven sales system.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification is needed.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
