Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking motivated Designers/Sales Representatives to help clients organize their homes. You will be trained in sales and design, with pre-set appointments close to home and the flexibility of a hybrid work setup.

Top performers can earn between $65,000 and $95,000 including commission and bonus, with a direct track to a Senior Sales Designer and ongoing mentorship. Work near home with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No degree or formal sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to complete a 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (provided leads and materials).
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for closets and storage solutions.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
