Job summary

Closets by Design Nashville is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This full-time inside management position focuses on leading a team of in-home sales reps, interviewing and helping train new members, and guiding others to grow their sales skills.

You will help the team hit and beat sales goals, keep them motivated and engaged, and provide support to the Sales Manager. Benefits include income potential with bonuses, annual holidays, health and retirement

Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.
