Job summary

Closets by Design in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our in-home sales team. This full-time inside management role focuses on mentoring reps, driving revenue, and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities include exceeding sales objectives, interviewing and onboarding new sales personnel, and providing ongoing training. A strong personal sales track record and 1–3 years of leadership experience are preferred; degree not required.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification is needed.
• 1-3 years of experience leading sales teams preferred.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.

Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

• Listed pay of $65k - $85k is base salary, eligible for additional monthly bonuses.
