Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring for an in-home sales role with a hybrid remote option and flexible schedule. You will meet clients, assess their organizational needs, and present custom closet solutions. Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow into leadership.

This position offers uncapped earning potential and a clear path to a Lead Sales Designer, with ongoing support and a company-wide focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities are essential.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and enthusiasm for sales are required.
• In-home sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads provided).
• Build rapport to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.
• Follow sales training and help customers with home organization needs.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help our customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements
