Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive in-home consultations and closing deals for custom closets and organization solutions. You will work with provided leads, build trust with clients, and educate them on our products and services in a hybrid remote setting.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, a growth mindset, and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for product installations.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to help customers with their home organization needs.
