Closets by Design is seeking an in-home sales leader in Orlando to mentor and grow a high-performing team, aligning with our proven sales system.

You will recruit, onboard, and train new sales personnel while driving sales objectives and maintaining team engagement. No degree is required; 1–3 years leadership experience and a strong personal sales track record are essential.
