Closets by Design is seeking a sales leader for an in-office role in Palm City, FL, covering four counties. You will mentor an in-home sales team, conduct interviews, onboard new personnel, and deliver training to drive achievement of sales objectives.

The position emphasizes meeting revenue goals, maintaining staff motivation, and handling on-call duties nights and weekends. A degree or certification is preferred, with 3–5 years leading sales teams and a strong personal sales track record.

• Degree or certification is preferred.
• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 3-5 years.
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, including closing ratios, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms, scheduling systems, pricing tools, and internal dashboards.
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and consistently with team members and leadership.
• Handles conflict, performance issues, and escalations calmly and effectively.
