Job summary

Elsevier, a global leader in information and analytics, seeks a Sales Contracts Analyst to collaborate with sales teams and customers, preparing and executing contracts for all stages of the process.

You will be the subject-matter expert on contracting and order fulfilment for our Clinical Solutions Sales team, working with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with internal policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting contracts and proposals for a large organization.
• Knowledge of contracting processes for technology products.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to generate accurate reports from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating the CRM for accurate financial reporting and invoicing.
• Drafting and editing contracts including master agreements and licenses.
• Support contract negotiation by handling redlines and approvals.
• Manage life cycle of customer contracts within the contract database.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals between Contracts Department and Sales.
• Provide contract-related support to customers and internal teams.
