Zusammenfassung

Elsevier is seeking a contract administrator to collaborate with Sales and customers to prepare and execute contracts across all stages. You’ll be the subject-matter expert on contracting and order fulfilment for Clinical Solutions Sales, working with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment.

You will maintain CRM records, generate and execute contract requirements, and draft master agreements, PSAs, licenses, and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience producing sales proposals and contracts for large organizations.
• Knowledge of contracting process for technology products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship building.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate financial reporting and invoices.
• Generate and execute customer contract requirements ensuring policy compliance.
• Draft and edit master agreements, PSAs, licenses, and amendments.
• Support contract negotiations by addressing redlines and approvals.
• Manage contract lifecycle in the contract database.
• Provide contract-related support to customers.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals between Contracts, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare moderately complex documents and summarize data for reports.
