Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM systems for accurate financial reporting and invoicing.
• Generate and execute contract requirements ensuring compliance with policies.
• Draft and edit master agreements, product service agreements, licenses, and amendments.
• Support contract negotiation by responding to redlines and obtaining approvals.
• Perform routine tasks using legal systems and protocols.
• Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software.
• Gather and summarize data for reports.
• Manage lifecycle of each customer contract in the contract database.
• Provide contract-related support to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals between Contracts Department and Sales.
