Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate in Jensen Beach, FL to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store sales through the La-Z-Boy selling process. You’ll engage customers, present room design ideas, and support the Design program to help clients realize their vision.

Training pay is provided, with UNCAPPED commissions after training and potential total earnings from $40,000 to $80,000+ annually.

• Experience in selling and closing sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Able to build rapport and influence customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and contributes to store goals across furniture, accessories, and services.
• Promotes the Design program and assists Designers to achieve sales goals.
• Follows the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide a positive customer experience.
• Develops and uses sales skills including approach, needs discovery, and closing.
• Maintains product knowledge and supports store promotions and visuals.
