Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a results-driven sales associate to contribute to store sales goals through furniture, accessories and services. You will promote the Design program, assist designers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences using the La-Z-Boy selling process.

Training pay is offered for 2-6 weeks, with earnings potential after training up to $60k–$80k+ including base, bonus, and commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by selling furniture, accessories, and services.
• Promote Design program and assist Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and utilize the La-Z-Boy selling process.
• Schedule home consultations and present customized room designs.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and promotions; support store operations.
