Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Orlando, FL is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Training Pay starts at $16/hour for 2–6 weeks, followed by base pay plus uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a path to $35,000–$55,000+ per year.

You’ll promote the Design program, assist designers, and build lasting customer relationships while delivering a superior shopping experience using the La-Z-Boy selling process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience with ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence customers.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales through selling furniture, accessories, and services.
• Promote the Design program and assist designers to reach sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Schedule deliveries and manage customer records and payments.
