Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated is seeking a sales associate to drive store sales, assist the design team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, present products and design options, and work toward meeting sales goals with a service-first approach.

The role includes training pay initially, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and potential earnings reflecting performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and services offered by La‑Z‑Boy.
• Promote the Design program & assist the Designer to achieve established Design program sales goals.
• Consistently execute the La‑Z‑Boy selling process and provide a favorable experience to all customers.
• Develop and utilize sales skills including approach, rapport building, needs discovery, portfolio presentations, handling objections, closing and follow-up.
