Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs using knowledge of CarMax inventory.
• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.

• Document all transactions accurately for a smooth process.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer needs and store goals.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach and stay informed on products and promotions.
• Comply with EH&S requirements and keep a clean, orderly work area.
