1-800Accountant is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to connect small business owners with tailored accounting and tax solutions. This consultative role focuses on building trust, presenting value, and closing opportunities through phone-based outreach and virtual meetings.

You will manage many leads, demonstrate our services, and collaborate with Client Success for long-term client satisfaction. Compensation includes base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in high-volume, phone-based sales environments is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to be coached and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and engage business owners.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos via Google Meet.
• Recommend the most suitable accounting and tax solutions for clients.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management for smooth handoffs.
• Accurately record all client interactions in the CRM.
