Stevenson-Hendrick Mazda Wilmington, part of Hendrick Automotive Group, is hiring Sales Consultants to join our Mazda team. Local roots since 1952, we offer a performance-based pay structure with a starting salary guarantee and unmatched training, including 100% Mazda factory training.

This is a full-time role with rotating day, evening, and weekend shifts, and dealership hours Mon–Sat 9:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience desirable; newcomers with strong sales backgrounds encouraged to apply.
• CRM familiarity and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend the right vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting Mazda's design and performance.
• Explain financing, leasing, and warranty options clearly.
• Negotiate vehicle pricing ethically while maintaining profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer pipeline through follow-up and referrals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions.
• Stay current on Mazda model lineup and promotions.
• Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.
• Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability.
