Qualifications

• Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in product and sales training.
• Honesty, integrity, commitment, perseverance and drive to succeed.
• Basic computer or smartphone proficiency.
• Love of automobiles and professional appearance.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including MVR and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and match needs to inventory.
• Accompany customers on test drives and demonstrate features.
• Build rapport to generate referrals and a customer base.
• Stay updated on products, features and benefits.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Utilize internet, phone and leads to close sales.
• Report to Sales Manager and share ideas.
• Follow dealership sales process and follow-up system.
• Close deals and handle paperwork.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and explain operating features.
• Introduce customers to service department and repairs.
