Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct customer-facing sales experience, automotive experience preferred.
• CRM familiarity and ability to manage customer data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with honesty and transparency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to recommend the right vehicle from inventory.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives highlighting Mazda design and performance.
• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and warranty options.
• Negotiate pricing professionally while maintaining profitability.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through follow-up and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
