Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Wisconsin is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive store sales through exceptional customer service and knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process.

You will promote the Design program, schedule home consultations, and build long-term relationships while applying consultative selling. Training pay starts at $15/hour for 2-6 weeks, with post-training earnings potential of $45k-$65k+. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales closing skills; ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of La-Z-Boy products and Design program; aptitude for interior design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by selling furniture, accessories and La-Z-Boy services.
• Promote the Design program and assist the Designer to achieve sales goals.
• Follow the La-Z-Boy selling process to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule professional home consultations to present room designs and product recommendations.
• Maintain store displays, assist in events, and ensure follow-up with customers.
