Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is growing. We’re seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using bedMATCH and deliver exceptional service across 520+ locations.

You’ll work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, be bilingual English/Spanish a plus, lift up to 75 pounds, and use tablets and mobile POS. We provide comprehensive training, PTO, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience or aptitude for helping customers
• Bilingual English/Spanish would be a plus
• Ability to deliver a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMatch system
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete transactions
• Maintain showroom floor and assist customers with loading purchases
