Mattress Warehouse in the United States is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. With 520+ stores and 35+ years in the bedding business, we are a USA family-owned and operated retailer that values teamwork and exceptional service.

You will work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends, typically 40–55 hours per week. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultant role requiring customer-focused service and sales skills.
• Availability for a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH system to determine customer needs.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and using tablets/POS.
