Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will help customers select the right mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process, delivering a personalized, educational shopping experience.

Flexibility in scheduling is required, including evenings, most holidays, and weekends, with 40–55 hours per week. A bilingual English/Spanish skill is a plus, and the role involves light to moderate lifting and using tablets and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to use bedMatch system for recommendations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mattress selection.
• Operate tablets and POS for sales transactions.
• Load purchases into customers' vehicles.
• Provide a low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
