Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to help customers choose premium mattresses using our bedMATCH system. You will work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends, with the ability to lift heavy loads and assist customers with loading purchases.

We value bilingual English/Spanish skills and a strong customer-first approach. State-of-the-art tablets and POS devices support our sales process, and paid training helps you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultant role requiring ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with tablets and POS systems.
• Focus on providing a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
