Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will deliver a relaxed, educational shopping experience while leveraging tablets and POS for seamless transactions.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, able to work evenings and weekends, and comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds to assist customers. Growth opportunities are available within a fast-growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Use of tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.
• Team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using bedMatch system to guide customers.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Operate tablets and POS to process transactions and demonstrate technology.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain showroom.
