Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team in-store. You will use our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers select the best mattress based on measurements and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding using bedMATCH to guide customers to the right product.
• Provide exceptional service, answer questions, and upsell accessories.
• Maintain an organized showroom and assist with setup and loading of purchases.
