Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing network of stores. You will use our bedMatch diagnostic system to help customers find the right mattress, provide a low-pressure shopping experience, and guide them through payment and loading processes.

We value energetic team players who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a 4–5 day work week and 40–55 hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and lifting up to 75 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Applicant should be available for retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to work a 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattress purchases.
• Experience with in-store technology including tablets, POS and bedMatch system.
• Strong team attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles and maintain showroom setup.
