Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding, provide a relaxed shopping experience, and work with state-of-the-art tablets and POS tech.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to handle a 40–55 hour week including evenings and some weekends, and able to lift up to 75 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth training.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and sell mattresses using bedMatch.
• Demonstrate products and address questions from customers.
• Maintain showroom and stock displays to ensure appealing presentation.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles.
