Job summary

1-800Accountant is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will proactively manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver compelling product demonstrations via Google Meet, and educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers uncapped commissions with an OTE ranging from $60,000 to $120,000. Remote work is available for eligible states, with standard hours 9:00am–5:30pm EST and comprehensive onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and rapport-building via phone and video calls.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Educate clients on the value of accounting and tax services with a consultative approach.
• Strategically manage client relationships and follow up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master CRM and sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client data.
• Other duties as assigned.
