Qualifications

• You’re a warm, straightforward communicator who earns trust by listening first.
• You come from hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing or sales role and you’re ready to represent Toyota to a loyal east Portland community.
• Paid Toyota brand and product training from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity — find out what they need before presenting a vehicle
• Build Toyota product knowledge through paid training — the lineup, hybrids, and electrified models — so you can guide guests with confidence
• Present vehicles and run test drives that connect each Toyota to what the guest needs
• Build a client pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM use — repeat and referral buyers drive a high-earning career
• Work with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
