Ron Tonkin Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant to join its growing team in Portland. You’ll help guests explore the right Toyota, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase journey with a focus on exceptional service.

This full‑time role emphasizes relationship building, training participation, and ongoing career growth within a dealership that rewards performance and promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or training is preferred but not required.
• Computer skills including Word, CRM, texting, and email.
• A valid driver's license is required for all employees.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and explain how a Toyota meets those needs.
• Show and explain features and operation of vehicles.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate sales transactions and complete paperwork.
• Attend training and sales meetings.
• Work weekends with two consecutive days off.
