Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from inquiry to delivery.
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with suitable vehicles.
• Demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and explain financing options.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Prospect via phone, online leads, social media, events, and dealership traffic.
• Qualify buyers by needs, trade-in opportunities, and financing eligibility.
• Present pricing, negotiate terms, and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate with finance and service for seamless delivery and post-sale support.
• Stay up-to-date on inventory, incentives, and competitor offerings.
