You will demonstrate features, discuss financing options, and coordinate with finance and service to ensure a smooth post-sale experience. This role offers a commission-based pay plan with a $4,000 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales strongly recommended.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand customers’ preferences, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain performance, safety, technology, and financing options.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Prospect through phone calls, online leads, social media, networking events, and dealership traffic.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, manufacturer programs, incentives, and competitor offerings.
