Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer-facing experience required.
• No automotive experience needed; training provided.
• Warm, honest communicator who listens first.
• Self-motivated with drive to build a book of repeat and referral buyers.
• Comfortable with CRM tools or quick to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and assess needs before presenting a vehicle.
• Build Toyota product knowledge through paid training and guide guests confidently.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives aligned to guest needs.
• Develop a client pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM usage.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
