Job summary

Colwell Motors of Mason City is hiring sales associates to help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through the purchase process. You will build lasting relationships and stay informed about features, technology, and financing options.

We offer paid training, a supportive team, and a pathway to long-term career growth in a family-owned dealership. This full-time role requires Saturdays and a valid driver’s license, with uncapped earning potential through commission.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
