Tim Dahle Automotive is recruiting for a dynamic automotive sales role that rewards performance with commissions and bonuses. You will engage customers, showcase vehicles, assist with financing, and collaborate with Sales and Finance Managers to close deals.

Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth within the dealership group. Top performers can earn $100K+ annually, with a strong earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays and an employee

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Motivated by performance-based pay and goal achievement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
