Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• No prior automotive sales experience required; training provided.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers through the sales process, including financing and paperwork.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and other dealership departments.
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, incentives, and inventory.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions and inventory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
