Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, business, or related area.
• 4 years' experience in compensation, finance, human resources, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial priorities into effective sales incentives solutions.
• Own end-to-end compensation workstreams from diagnosis to implementation and evaluation.
• Analyze compensation, sales, financial, and market data using scenario analysis, dashboards, AI, and automation.
• Develop clear recommendations based on financial impact, behavioral outcomes, and feasibility.
• Ensure accurate plan administration through strong requirements, validation, controls, documentation, data protection, and risk management.
