Job summary

Amazon Inc. Advertising is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to ensure accurate and timely compensation for our global sales teams. You will reconcile large datasets, validate revenue feeds, and manage quota attribution with cross-functional partners.

In this role you’ll lead process improvements, deliver analytics, train stakeholders on compensation plans, and support quarterly payout calculations. A strong data mindset and stakeholder communications are essential to success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience with sales compensation processes and revenue recognition.
Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Reconcile and analyze large datasets to ensure accurate quota allocation and performance tracking.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compensation program efficiency.
Serve as primary contact for Amazon Ads BU and manage compensation inquiries.
Enforce incentive policies with diplomacy and clarity.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly compensation activities including payouts.
Handle large data sets and maintain meticulous accuracy in compensation processing.
Deliver training materials on compensation plans and processes.
