Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Senior Retail Analytics Manager for Walmart who will own analytics and insights across the account, aligning retail and digital performance. You will lead end-to-end reporting, strategy, and storytelling to inform decisions across Sales, Brand, and Digital teams.

The role requires experience with syndicated data, strong communications, and a collaborative mindset to scale analytics across channels. Location in Bentonville/Arkansas with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 7+ years in an analytical and strategic data-driven role; CP/HCBG experience is a plus.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana / Nielsen) and Walmart data ecosystems is preferred.
• Excellent storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and BI tools for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the Walmart analytics and insights roadmap end-to-end, including recurring reporting and strategic analyses.
• Bridge retail and digital into one omnichannel read across POS, 3P marketplace, and WMT.com.
• Serve as internal expert on Scintilla and manage vendor relationships for data capabilities.
• Mentor analysts and drive adoption of AI and automation in analytics workflows.
