Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Advanced Analytics to lead a team delivering data-driven insights that influence strategic objectives.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced models and BI solutions, guiding decision-making across the organization. You’ll mentor a high-performing analytics team, manage end-to-end projects, and ensure alignment with company goals while upholding integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of analytics experience or 4 years in analytics or related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and partners to define analytics strategies.
• Design, develop, and implement advanced data models and algorithms.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams including prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Provide actionable insights to inform strategic and tactical initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team through coaching.
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote learning and accountability.
