Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field with 4 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 2 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field plus 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate data sources aligned with business requirements and SLAs.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics.
• Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and support decisions.
• Develop data quality management processes including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring.
• Lead data strategy initiatives to optimize data accessibility and governance.
• Mentor team members on analytics methodologies and visualization best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with business goals.
