Job summary

Mayzon seeks a Sr Sales Analyst – Global Walmart, based in Bentonville, to lead analytics for the Walmart account. You will partner with Sales and Walmart stakeholders to translate data into actionable business strategies and drive growth across Walmart channels.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, weekly and monthly performance reports, and proactive insights across POS, pricing, assortment, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, retail analytics, category management, finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a Walmart supplier.
• Strong experience analyzing retail/POS data and translating it into business recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms strongly preferred.
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link and Scintilla Charter.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends and business drivers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Walmart analytics agenda with dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze Walmart POS, shipment, market share, pricing, and assortment data.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports.
• Monitor sales performance by category, item, brand, channel, and geography.
• Identify sales gaps and provide clear recommendations to Sales and leadership.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of sales performance across distribution, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Lead Scintilla ROI ownership and cross-functional analytics projects.
• Support Walmart US, Walmart Canada, Walmart Mexico, and ecommerce initiatives.
