Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in compensation analysis/administration or HR with compensation focus.
• MBA with concentration in HR/Finance preferred; 6+ years experience; advisory role experience is a plus.
• Certifications: CCP, GRP, CSCP, CECP are favorable.

Responsibilities
