Cloud Software Group, LLC is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to design and execute data-driven compensation strategy across a global footprint. You will blend analytical rigor with consulting acumen to ensure rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

The role requires broad-based compensation expertise, market awareness, and the ability to translate complex data into executives-ready insights that influence business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in corporate compensation, globally.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM and Excel; experience with Tableau/PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal consultant to People Business Partners and leaders on complex compensation challenges.
• Drive evolution of job families, career paths, and job leveling to support scale and equity.
• Provide strategic M&A reward integration and total rewards harmonization.
• Lead global annual compensation planning including merit, promotions, bonuses, and LTIs.
• Conduct benchmarking studies using global salary data and internal analytics.
• Lead pay equity analyses and ensure compliance with global regulations.
• Champion data integrity across systems (Workday) and deliver executive reports.
